How to activate an Origin / EA App product

1. Install the EA App

  • Download and install the EA App from the official website:

  • Once installed, log in with your EA account. If you don’t have an account, create one.

2. Open the EA App

  • Launch the EA App on your computer.
  • Ensure you are signed in to your EA account.

3. Navigate to Redeem Code

  • In the EA App, click on your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
  • From the dropdown menu, select Redeem Code.

4. Enter Your Product Code

  • In the Redeem Code window, enter your 20-character product code (e.g., XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
  • Click Next to proceed.

5. Confirm Activation

  • Click Confirm to finalize the activation.

6. Download and Install the Game

  • The activated game will be added to your EA App Library.
  • Click Download to install.

7. Troubleshooting Tips

  • Invalid Code Error: Double-check the code for typos.
  • Region Restrictions: Ensure the product key matches the region of your EA account.
  • No Internet: Confirm you’re connected to the internet during activation.
